North Wales firms biggest ever sale from Rally of Wales – A Tentipi Village

The Rally of Wales brought Llangollen firm, Pro Adventure Ltd it’s largest ever sale in the form of a small village of tipi’s for a big PR event for the Rally of Wales and Hyundai UK.

The tents, complete with floors and wood burning stoves, were used as part of a media programme for Hyundai UK. Hyundai were main sponsors of the welsh rally and were keen to give journalists a access to the rally and an adventurous overnight experience which was completely different to the usual corporate hospitality they might experience.

The journalists were flown from London to see the rally, and accommodated in the Tentipi Tents supplied by ProAdventure

The tents were heated with Tentipi’s Eldfell stoves.

The journalists also got to enjoy hot tubs.

And were fed in a giant Tentipi tent

I finally decided to bite the bullet after months of deliberations, to purchase a Gransfors Bruks large splitting axe. Instead of purchasing through the website I made the drive out to the store to try and have a look at the large splitting axe and the splitting maul and get a ‘feel’ for them. The guy who served me was fantastic - he ran through both, plus the shorter handled version of the splitting axe, to see what suited me. He even grabbed a few out of stock for me to look at which handle I liked the most. Honestly, well worth the 130 mile round trip! I’m sure after seeing the store I’ll be back for another axe in the next few months, as the stock was great. Additionally 10/10 on the guys rendition of gangsters paradise which was on the radio when I was in the store - pitch was spot on 👍

We ordered some tick removal keys, after having real trouble finding high quality ones that don't fall apart on a keyring/in a bag, ProAdventure had some brilliant metal ones for sale for £7 when all other retailers were charging £20+ and international shipping for the same product, we were delighted to find this company!
